What is
Innovation Training?
Across Alberta, primary care is evolving and teams are being asked to adapt in real time.
That’s where InnovateHealth comes in.
InnovateHealth is a multi-session program designed to help you lead through change with confidence. It will help you build the skills to support the people side of change, while giving you hands-on tools to plan, implement, and sustain meaningful innovation across Alberta’s health system.
Funded through the Primary Care Innovation Fund, the program supports the goals of Modernizing Alberta’s Primary Health Care System (MAPS). It is available to Alberta primary care teams at no cost.
InnovateHealth is delivered by Praxus Health and Thought Architects.
